Never miss an important date again...

I finally figured out why those school planners I gave you at the beginning of the year don't work very well for me. They are SOOOO 1982! We need something more digital! Something high-tech! So I synched up my blog with my google calendar (and there it is above). It has all the important dates for homework, assignments, projects, or anything special going on in the future.

NOW YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK ME IN PERSON! OR EVEN IN EMAIL (right Tommy??). If you click on the event it will give you more information. No excuses, people!

And by the way, this is how they do it in the real world. Schools have a tendency to be about 20 years behind...but not me! :D

Today's assignment's and schedule

Today will be slightly different than usual. Here is what I want you to do:

1. Log on to Goodreads and take the quiz I created about "The Hobbit." It is an open book quiz, so you can use your Literaure textbook.

2. Post your score (this is how I will give you a grade).

3. Go straight into working on your Ancient India paper. I will give you a scoring guide to help you fine-tune your paper.

4. At 10:30, we will watch the movie "The Hobbit."

5. If EVERYONE follows directions this morning, we go into the greenhouse/garden with Ralph this afternoon.
