I know this isn't exactly related to what you are studying right now - but since we spent so much time talking about nutrition and healthy eating, I want to show you this cool site. Remember, the average person should eat about 2000 calories a day (assuming they are doing about 45-60 minutes of exercise a day). So this website shows a bunch of different foods and how much 200 calories looks like. Go ahead and explore (and share with anyone you think would be interested):
